一、聚焦 DET 专项培训,夯实国际化教学根基
I. Focus on Specialized DET Training, Consolidate the Foundation of Internationalized Teaching

为主动对接国际高等教育前沿动态,精准服务学生海外深造与发展的多元化需求,并培养具备全球视野、熟练运用外语、通晓国际规则的高素质人才,近日,我院英语教研组聚焦“多邻国英语测试”(Duolingo English Test, DET),成功举办专项师资培训。此举是以测促教、以评促学,通过强化教师的国际化测评素养与教学指导能力,反哺课堂教学改革,为全面提升学生的语言应用能力与全球竞争力注入新的动力。
To take the initiative to align with the cutting-edge trends of international higher education, accurately serve the diversified needs of students for overseas further study and development, and cultivate high-quality talents with global vision, proficient foreign language skills and a thorough understanding of international rules, the English Teaching and Research Group of our college recently successfully held a specialized teacher training program focusing on the Duolingo English Test (DET). This initiative aims to promote teaching through testing and learning through evaluation. By strengthening teachers’ international assessment literacy and teaching guidance capabilities, it feeds back into the reform of classroom teaching, injecting new impetus into the overall improvement of students’ language application ability and global competitiveness.

本次培训立足于国家扩大高水平教育对外开放、深化教育教学评价改革的宏观背景。随着国际交流日益频繁,以DET为代表的便捷、科学的新型语言测评工具受到全球数千所高校的广泛认可,也成为许多学子规划海外升学路径的重要选择之一。学院前瞻布局,深刻认识到教师队伍是否掌握前沿的国际测评理念与指导方法,直接关系到人才培养的质量与成效。因此,将此次培训列为加强师资队伍建设、创新人才培养模式的一项重要举措。
This training is grounded in the macro context of the country’s expansion of high-level opening-up in education and deepening of education and teaching evaluation reform. With increasingly frequent international exchanges, convenient and scientific new language assessment tools represented by DET have been widely recognized by thousands of universities worldwide, and have also become one of the important options for many students planning their overseas study paths. The college has adopted a forward-looking layout, fully recognizing that whether the teaching staff grasps cutting-edge international assessment concepts and guidance methods is directly related to the quality and effectiveness of talent cultivation. Therefore, this training is listed as an important measure to strengthen faculty development and innovate the talent training model.

二、深化教学成果转化,赋能学生成长发展
II. Deepening the Transformation of Teaching Achievements to Empower Students’ Growth and Development

本次培训的最终目标,是切实服务于学生的成长成才与长远发展。培训所学将快速落地为具体教学实践:英语教研组将组建“国际化升学语言能力指导小组”,为有升学需求的学生提供一对一测评解析、个性化学习规划与备考策略辅导;研发融入DET能力考查要点的校本拓展学习模块与模拟训练资源,助力学生高效提升应试能力与语言实战水平;持续优化现有课程评价体系,强化对学生过程性、表现性及综合语言应用能力的考核。这些举措将直接为学生拓宽发展路径,提升其海外求学与未来职场中的自信心和核心竞争力。
The ultimate goal of this training is to effectively serve the growth, success and long-term development of students. The knowledge acquired from the training will be quickly transformed into specific teaching practices: the English Teaching and Research Group will set up an "International Further Study Language Competence Guidance Group" to provide one-on-one assessment analysis, personalized learning planning and examination preparation strategy guidance for students in need; develop school-based expanded learning modules and simulation training resources integrated with the key points of DET competency assessment to help students efficiently improve their examination and practical language abilities; continuously optimize the existing curriculum evaluation system and strengthen the assessment of students' procedural, performance-based and comprehensive language application abilities. These measures will directly broaden the development paths for students and enhance their confidence and core competitiveness in overseas study and future careers.


赋能教师,即是赋能学生;强化师资,就是夯实育人根基。此次多邻国英语测试专项培训,是我院在“十五五”开局之年,积极响应教育强国战略,主动推进教育教学改革、加强师资队伍专业化建设的一个生动实践。未来英语教研组将继续坚守“立德树人”初心,深化“以研促教、以教促学、以学促发展”的育人传统,将培训收获持续转化为扎实而创新的教学成果。
Empowering teachers means empowering students; strengthening the teaching force is to consolidate the foundation of nurturing talent.
This special training program on the Duolingo English Test is a vivid practice of our college in actively responding to the strategy of building a strong country in education, proactively advancing education and teaching reform, and enhancing the professional development of the teaching staff in the opening year of the 15th Five-Year Plan period.
Going forward, the English Teaching and Research Group will continue to uphold the original aspiration of “fostering virtue and cultivating people,” deepen the educational tradition of “promoting teaching through research, advancing learning through teaching, and boosting development through learning,” and continuously translate the gains from the training into solid and innovative teaching achievements.
